Part A
This website
Part A applies to anyone reading garvhealth.com. Part B applies to authorised users of the Garv clinical software.
1. These terms
This website is operated by Garv Health Systems Private Limited, a company incorporated in India under CIN U62099CH2026PTC047166. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. No clinical advice
Nothing on this site is medical or clinical advice, and nothing here substitutes for the judgement of a qualified clinician. Descriptions of our software, including any protocol detail, dosing scale or laboratory schedule shown as an example, are for information only and are not instructions for patient care.
3. No offer or commitment
Information on this site describes our work in general terms. It is not an offer to supply, a specification, or a warranty of any feature, availability or timeline. Any supply of software is governed by a separate written agreement, and where this site and that agreement differ, the agreement prevails.
4. Intellectual property
The Garv name, the Garv mark and logo, and the text, layout and code of this site belong to us or our licensors. You may read, quote briefly with attribution, and link to this site. You may not reuse the mark, logo or brand assets, or copy substantial parts of the site, without our written permission.
5. What you send us
Do not send patient identifiable information, confidential hospital records, or anything you are not entitled to share, through this site's contact form or by email. We handle personal data as set out in our privacy policy.
6. Acceptable use of the site
You may not attack, disrupt or scrape this site, attempt to bypass its access or rate controls, submit automated or fraudulent enquiries, or use the contact channel to send unsolicited commercial messages.
7. Availability and liability
The site is provided as it stands and as it is available. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error free, or that the information on it is complete or current, and we may change or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice.
To the fullest extent the law permits, we are not liable for any loss arising out of your use of or inability to use this site, including any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss and any loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill, business or anticipated savings, whether the claim is framed in contract, in tort including negligence, or otherwise. This site is provided free of charge, and our total liability to you for all claims arising out of it is limited in aggregate to the amount you have paid us for access to it.
Nothing here excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
This section concerns the website only. Our liability for the Garv clinical software is set by the written agreement with the hospital that licenses it, and nothing on this page varies that agreement.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Chandigarh have exclusive jurisdiction.
9. Changes
These terms may be updated to reflect product, legal or operational changes. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continued use after that means the updated terms apply.
10. Contact
Questions about these terms: info@garvhealth.com.
Part B
The clinical software
Part B sets out the acceptable use and conduct expected of authorised users of the Garv clinical software. It is reproduced here so hospitals can review it during procurement. Where a hospital has signed its own agreement with us, that agreement governs, and this part is supplementary to it.
11. Authorised use
The application is intended for authorised healthcare, operational, support and administrative users. Your organisation controls account creation, role assignment and permitted use.
12. Clinical use
The application supports documentation and review workflows. It does not replace independent clinical judgement, local clinical protocols, or legal medical-record obligations.
13. Account security
You are responsible for protecting your credentials, using the authentication methods assigned to you, and reporting suspected compromise or unauthorised access promptly. Keep credentials private, use multi-factor authentication where your organisation requires it, and sign out or lock unattended devices.
14. Patient data
Patient data must only be entered, viewed, exported, printed or disclosed for permitted care, operational, legal, compliance or support purposes. Do not access, disclose, export, print or discuss patient information unless it is required for your assigned role and permitted by your organisation's policy.
15. Service restrictions
You may not reverse engineer, disrupt, scrape, attack or misuse the application, or attempt to bypass its access controls, audit controls, rate limits or security controls.
16. Professional conduct
Users must act professionally, respect patients and colleagues, and use the application only for authorised clinical, operational, administrative or support purposes.
17. Prohibited conduct
Users may not attempt unauthorised access, bypass audit controls, upload malicious files, misuse exports, harass others, falsify records, or interfere with the security of the service.
18. Reporting
Report conduct, privacy or security concerns through your administrator or your organisation's privacy and data rights request channel. Security vulnerabilities in the software can be reported to us directly at info@garvhealth.com; please do not disclose them publicly before we have had a chance to respond.
